Westfield Family Connectors

Whether you're diving into a course, exploring exclusive content, or joining a membership, everything is structured to be easy to use and truly useful.

The Family Connectors Program is designed for families who might need support in any of the following areas:

  • New to disability

  • Navigating change, transition, or uncertainty

  • Seeking group support, one-on-one support, or both

  • Looking for connection, understanding, and a supportive community at any stage

  • Who live, work, and play in and around the Westfield area; participation is not strictly limited by geography.

How it works

WFN’s Family Connectors Program empowers families through three connected supports: Social Support (one-on-one connections and Family Circles), Informational and Learning Support (topic-based events and trainings), and Resource Support (referrals to services). Family Connectors are matched to families based on lived experience and preferences, starting with a simple intake and optional ongoing check-ins. Supports are delivered in person or online, and participation is voluntary.

Our three core support approach

Our approach encourages reflection as much as action. You’ll walk away not only with new techniques, but with a deeper understanding of how and why they work. The goal is to leave you with ideas and skills that feel clear, useful, and genuinely meaningful in your life.
