HandiCAPABLE Cooking with Keep Rolling Mobility

Real tips for living well with mobility equipment — from someone who has been rolling through life since birth. Join us for a hands-on, interactive workshop hosted by Westfield Family Network in partnership with Keep Rolling Mobility LLC. This event will include kitchen tasks and a cooking activity! Free smells and tastes included.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

Practical daily living tips — Household tasks, cooking, and everyday activities adapted for wheelchair and mobility device users.

Basic equipment maintenance — What to look for as equipment ages, common fixes, and when it's time to call a professional.

Tips you didn't know you needed — Practical hacks from years of lived experience that you won't find in any manual.

Live Q&A — Bring your questions. This is an interactive session — your input shapes the conversation.

ABOUT YOUR WORKSHOP LEADER:
Zachary Smith, Owner of Keep Rolling Mobility LLC, has lived with a disability since birth and has spent his life figuring out how to do things his own way. Through his Tip Tuesday video series and his mobility equipment repair business, he helps people with disabilities live more independently. Now he's bringing that knowledge to Westfield — in person.
