What's Next After High School? A Post-Secondary Transition Planning Event

  • Westfield Middle School 345 West Hoover Street Westfield, Indiana, 46074 United States (map)

November 17, 2026 πŸ•• 6:00–8:00 PM (doors open at 5:45 PM) πŸ“Westfield Middle School, LGI Room πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§ Dinner and childcare provided β€” kids and teens each have their own space!

No family should have to figure out what comes after high school alone. Join us for an evening built around connection, food, and practical guidance for what's next.

We'll start with dinner and time to connect as families arrive. At 6:30, Bridget Lueken will walk parents and educators through resources and strategies for planning a strong post-secondary transition β€” covering things like vocational rehabilitation, transition planning, and how to navigate the process. She'll stick around afterward for questions, and there'll be time to keep connecting with other families and community partners.

Pressed for time? Come whenever you can β€” even just for the presentation starting at 6:30. You'll walk away with real information either way.

Who it's for: families of middle and high school students, and the educators who support them.

Childcare: Provided for younger kids and for teens β€” in separate, age-appropriate spaces, so parents can be fully present.
